Faiza Salon respects your privacy and is committed to handling user information responsibly. This policy explains how information is accessed, used, stored and protected in the Faiza Salon Android app, identified by the package name com.faiza.premium.salon.store.
The app is intended to help users explore salon branches, review grooming services, manage favourites, and organise salon appointments in Pakistan. By using it, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Depending on the features you use, you may voluntarily enter or create:
You're responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate and that you have permission to provide it.
The current version stores app information locally on your device — profile info, preferences, favourite branches, appointment records, reminder settings, local notifications, and reviews you've submitted.
When you create an appointment, the branch, service, specialist, date and time may be saved on your device.
Unless the app is connected to an authorised salon booking backend, an in-app appointment isn't guaranteed real-time acceptance by a salon — review branch details or contact the salon when final confirmation matters.
Faiza Salon supports cash payment at the salon only. The app never requests, collects, stores or processes credit or debit card numbers, bank account details, mobile-wallet credentials, online payment passwords, or financial authentication codes.
Payment is completed directly at the selected salon.
The app may show branch locations, maps, addresses and directions using predefined salon information or a third-party map service. The current version doesn't collect or track background location.
Opening a map, directions or navigation feature is your choice — the third-party service you open may then receive technical information such as IP address, device info, or location, under its own privacy policy. Any future feature needing device location will ask permission first.
Internet access may be used to display maps or web content, open salon websites, start external directions, open email support, share branch information, or load content for a feature you selected.
Third-party websites, map services, email apps, phone apps and sharing apps operate independently of Faiza Salon under their own terms.
Information is never used for undisclosed purposes.
Information is shared only when you deliberately use an external map, phone, email, website or sharing app; a service provider is required for a disclosed feature; disclosure is required by law or a valid legal request; it's necessary to protect users or the app from fraud or abuse; or you give clear consent.
Any future third-party service or SDK that processes user data must be disclosed here and in the Google Play Data Safety form.
Locally stored information stays until you delete it in-app, clear storage, uninstall the app, or your device removes it during a reset. Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request.
To request deletion of anything sent through support, contact dev@faizasalon.store. Since there's no required online account, there may be no remote account to delete.
Only what's needed for visible, user-requested features: internet access for maps and content, the system photo picker for a profile image, the phone dialler for calls you start, email for support, maps for directions you ask for, and the sharing menu when you choose to share.
Reasonable measures protect information handled by the app, but no device, storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your device protected with a screen lock and current updates.
Faiza Salon isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child has shared personal information can contact us to have it removed.
The app may link out to map and navigation services, telephone apps, email apps, browsers, or sharing services. Faiza Salon doesn't control their content, security, or privacy practices — review their policies before sharing information.
This policy may be updated when app functionality, backend or cloud services, SDKs, data-handling practices, or legal/Play Store requirements change. The revised effective date will be shown, and material changes may also be announced in-app or on the Play listing.
